What do we deliver with?
Our deliveries are mainly carried out by our partner UPS, sometimes also by DPD or DHL. All orders are sent as a parcel.

Is my shipment insured?
Your order is insured until the goods are handed over.

How long is the shipping time?
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-4* days. For shipping areas outside Germany, delivery may take longer. If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment. Please note that there is no processing and delivery on Sundays and public holidays. *In case of increased order volume, delivery may be delayed by a few days.

How high are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate for shipping depending on the delivery area. The flat-rate shipping fee* covers the delivery costs as well as the effort and costs for processing and shipping that arise with an order. *We reserve the right to charge a corresponding surcharge if the parcel weight is increased. Any customs duties incurred shall be borne by the customer in all cases.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that we can only take back unused and undamaged goods. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer and are not included in the flat-rate shipping fee.

Important information on shipping to other countries
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees that are not included in the total price.
